Broker's Comments
There is a a wonderful cabin with veranda, which can be spare bedroom, office or living room to suit your needs. There is also a massive storage shed.
The houseboat itself is luxurious and comfortable as well as being stunningly furnished. Nearly all the furniture is included.
The mooring right is rented from British Waterways and is fully transferable, but the plot of land will be transferred, with the boat, as freehold.
This is a boat and mooring that must be seen to be fully appreciated.
(Note: There is a walk of approx 200metres from the car park to the boat, however a road does give vehicle access somewhat closer for unloading .)
