Beautiful wood work in the original boatman’s cabin with parquet floors, etched glass cabinet doors and all beautifully bright & airy thanks to high ceilings and the addition of a double glazed pigeon box roof light. Convivial open plan lounge diner & kitchen with central corridor leading forward to 5 cabins (2 ensuite) 2 sharing a shower and toilet and the fifth using a separate WC and shower room which doubles as day head an laundry room. Large walk-in pantry and a lower level store room which would easily convert to an independent laundry cum utility room. Huge deck terrace and possibility to install a small pool or spa under the hold covers forward.

Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this converted barge for sale. Ideal for a large family or those who just love entertaining. With convivial inside and outside entertaining areas and possibility to install a jacuzzi under the hold covers why not change your life and use her as a charter barge or B&B? She has everything needed for a comfortable convivial life afloat but is sadly for sale due to bereavement. The present south of France mooring is transferable to a new owner and currently costs 300€ per month electricity and water included.
