		<title>Catalina 36 MK I REF#160751</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 60 extra photos of this Catalina 36 MK I.

Catalina's are built in USA to a high standard with durable materials, and just to show it see the pic showing a section of the deck depth – impressive.

I was absolutely amazed when I stepped onboard with the space available in the saloon, cabins, heads and especially the double aft cabin which is more like a triple !

With a well-designed layout, she is a family oriented boat sporting a shallow wing keel that doesn’t compromise on performance but can get in just about anywhere.

Also worth noting is the quality and TLC the teak has received over her years – beautiful.

		<title>Finnsailer 35 REF#160746</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 52 extra photos of this Finnsailer 35 .

Boatshed Cumbria are pleased to offer this very powerful motor sailer. Quite hard to believe the age of this boat, she has been very well looked after in her life. The hull is constructed to Lloyds register standards, and every Finnsailer is delivered with Lloyds certification. With the very powerful engine, hard top dog house and the canvas aft of the main helm position this would make a very capable boat for our climate.

		<title>Moody 39 REF#160572</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 53 extra photos of this Moody 39 .

Personally I am a fan of Moody yachts having bought my first Moody at the London Boat Show in 1985!

This 1979 Moody 39 exudes solidity and sea worthiness just not present in more modern yachts. This particular example is a comfortable yacht for long term cruising. Her saloon is spacious and she has a lovely aft cabin for the owners with another two cabins with a double and two singles which would suit a cruising family. This yacht needs some attention, some cosmetic and some in the security department (servicing of liferaft and EPIRB) to bring her back into full commission.

This yacht is likely to suit a family with a practical Dad who will enjoy giving this old girl the attention she deserves.

Finally at just under 12m she will save a packet for her new owners in berthing fees over her long future life.

		<title>Cal 2-46 REF#160561</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 76 extra photos of this Cal 2-46 .

This Bill Lapworth-designed Cal 2-46 has been a sought-after and well respected ocean going yacht since the early 70’s. At least two of these yachts have participated and completed the Jimmy Cornell sponsored “Around the World Regatta”. Strong, safe and fast, the boat is easily sailed or motored. The “Deck Salon” styling of this center cockpit motor sailor was well ahead of its time, today being a much admired feature of sailing yachts with spacious cabins and great visibility. This Northwest example has been cruised full time four months of each year since the early 2000s. It’s clean, well-maintained and has all the equipment you will need for your own extended voyages.

This is a truly magnificent vessel in all aspects. Gorgeous lines, beautiful decks, fabulous rig, powerful engine, good specification, deep centre cockpit, lovely joinery, plenty of sociable space, excellent exterior and interior design. This yacht will stand the test of time and has provided her current owner with enjoyable voyages including passages to Gibraltar, Europe, Sweden and around the UK. She still looks truly amazing. The current owner can sail her single-handed as she is such a good cruising boat. If you are in the market for a special sailing yacht then here she is.

		<title>Dockrell 37 REF#160534</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 51 extra photos of this Dockrell 37 .

Unexpectedly for sale again, we have a very interesting shoal draft 'Blue Water' cruising yacht; in good condition and with a very comprehensive inventory. Recently purchased and prepared for a delivery cruise to Scotland her new owner has been forced to put her back up for sale due to being let down on his delivery arrangements. She appears to be well found and equipped but this must be confirmed by any new purchaser or his/her surveyor. She has 'Yacht Legs' for drying out, serious ballast for deep sea work, shoal draft for ditch crawling, three roller reefing sails and a Bukh engine. She could be almost the perfect yacht!

		<title>LeComte Fastnet 45 REF#160435</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 77 extra photos of this LeComte Fastnet 45 .

The LeComte Fastnet 45 was certainly built for bluewater adventures as demonstrated by her sailing history to Mexico and Australia/New Zealand. She is very well equipped to resume enjoyable safe journeys with her new owners. I really like the privacy afforded by the forward v-berth area and the aft cabin for long sailing legs in open sea. When you are looking for comfort, safety and affordability this is a well-regarded and proven boat.

		<title>Alberg 37 Yawl REF#160272</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 54 extra photos of this Alberg 37 Yawl.

Boatshed Lancashire offer this very capable Alberg 37 a classic cruising yacht from the board of Carl Alberg. They are considered to be well designed, safe and capable of serious cruising. Whitby Boat Works had a reputation for building strong boats and Alberg 37s have proven themselves repeatedly. A 1977 hull, for example, was beached in a hurricane suffering only minor scratches. Paul Howard recalls a story in Canadian Yachting Magazine of a single hander’s 37 surviving three days of pounding on a reef in the South Pacific before escaping by jettisoning his supplies. He then sailed 2,000 miles before repairs.
This example has just has all of her external teak professionally restored and would benefit from a little varnish down below as a result of spending many years in the Med. She is priced for a quick sale and viewing is available at short notice as I have the keys.
