		<title>Finnsailer 35 REF#160746</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 52 extra photos of this Finnsailer 35 .

Boatshed Cumbria are pleased to offer this very powerful motor sailer. Quite hard to believe the age of this boat, she has been very well looked after in her life. The hull is constructed to Lloyds register standards, and every Finnsailer is delivered with Lloyds certification. With the very powerful engine, hard top dog house and the canvas aft of the main helm position this would make a very capable boat for our climate.

<title>Ex Customs Launch Cruising Houseboat REF#160743</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 31 extra photos of this Ex Customs Launch Cruising Houseboat.

Built by J Hinks &amp; Co at its Appledore boatyard in 1970, this boat was one of eight built for HM Customs &amp; Excise, she has been converted into a super cruiser / houseboat.
Constructed from wood carvel (teak) with a round bilge and of the Hinks hull form, she has a Cummins V8 diesel engine, which is surprisingly economical, burning only around 1ltr/mile. The hull was casco sheathed up to the waterline when built.

This boat has a great combination of original features and ‘mod cons’. She has a double cabin forward, and the saloon converts into a further double. There’s a spacious aft cockpit,

She’s on a safe and secure marina mooring (with car parking) in East London, just a few minutes from City Airport. She would make a super river / coastal cruiser.

This is a delightful boat which sits on a leisure mooring which may be transferable by agreement with the management.

		<title>Fisher 34 MKII REF#160716</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 59 extra photos of this Fisher 34 MKII.

Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale an incredibly well presented and maintained Fisher 34. Designed by Wyatt and Freeman in 1977, the Fisher 34 was in continual production, with minor variations to internal layout and fit-out, from then until around 2010. The Fisher 34 is a traditionally styled motor-sailer on the general lines of a North Sea fishing boat, of very heavy displacement, and with an excellent reputation for seaworthiness. The Fisher 34 is generally regarded as the model in the Fisher range with the best sailing performance. This example has been meticulously maintained and documented – on file and onboard are full details of every maintenance item, operating manuals, service sheets and much more. This boat really is ready to go and with a significant inventory there is not really much you’ll need to do or add.
Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Dartmouth broker.

		<title>Hunter Pilot 27 REF#160330</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 49 extra photos of this Hunter Pilot 27 .

Provisional details awaiting approval
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a well presented Hunter Pilot 27. The Hunter Pilot 27 was built from 1996 to 2005, with around 100 in total produced. They are really not referred to as bilge-keelers, the term 'twin fin' being preferred to emphasise the performance. The two keels are asymmetric, and angled, to provide lift when heeled. In practice, there is little performance difference in most conditions between fin and bilge-keeled British Hunters. The Hunter Pilot 27 is one of the smallest true deck saloon sailing yachts, and thanks to Hunter's efficient 'twin fin' bulbed bilge keels even the bilge-keel version performs well. This Pilot 27 appears to have been well looked after including a recent engine service

		<title>Nauticat 321 Pilothouse REF#160234</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 74 extra photos of this Nauticat 321 Pilothouse .

With two careful owners that have only lighty cruised this yacht, her condition is immaculate throughout. She is an ex-boatshow yacht that comes very highly spec'd. From a leading manufacturer of traditional motorsailers and pilothouse sailing yachts in the world, you would be investing in one of the best in sailing quality and heritage. Ideal for the traditional Nauticat fan who would also like the more modern lines of the 321 model. She is a beautiful example that represents excellent value over the cost of a brand new yacht.

<title>Replica 13th Century Sailing Ship with 115 bhp engine REF#157552</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 33 extra photos of this Replica 13th Century Sailing Ship with 115 bhp engine.

Probably one of the most interesting boats you will see.
Built in 2007, this boat has sailed extensively and arrived in London earlier this year from Lithuania.
A replica ship, circa. 13C, she is certainly eye catching.
Beautifully made from pinewood, she has seating for 32 passengers or could become a delightful teashop if your have vision.
The vessel would need MCA accreditation for this number of passengers, but first steps have been made in order to attain the necessary paperwork.

The owner is in the UK at present and is willing to discuss the boat with potential buyers.

Offers may be considered on the asking price.
