Construction

GRP Construction with Bilge keels underwater profile, gelcoat finish
GRP using BP Lloyd's approved resins chopped strand mat 600/150 Fab Mat and 600/150 Linrove (rovings). Stiffening is closed cell polyurethane foam stringers etc. The sandwich construction of the hull gives sufficient buoyancy for this vessel to be described as unsinkable.Bulkheads 12mm teak faced ply attached to interior mouldings by s/s screws and glue.The hull was peeled,dried and epoxy treated by Partington marine Pwllheli in 2002.
