Broker's Comments
The mooring is residential and on a 12 month renewable contract costing approx. £2,500 per annum. Mains water and electricity are connected.
Entrance to the interior is via a Wheelhouse structure containing a small seating area with a multi fuel stove and small cloakroom. Step leads down into a light and airy lounge which leads on to a large kitchen area containing a double oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage. There are two good sized double bedrooms, and a third cabin which could be used as a small single bedroom if required. The Bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and a bath. Further heating is via another multi fuel stove in the lounge and oil fired central heating throughout. On deck there is a large seating area with a barbeque ideal for outdoor living.
With good access to the Town Centre, plus a local shop and pub, this barge is in a convenient and pleasant location.
