Broker's Comments
Here we are pleased to present a slightly larger successor to the ever popular and highly successful Achilles 24. Slightly larger in all dimensions and with additional ballast she is a well proven and well built 'pocket cruiser'. Pocket Cruiser? I hate that naff description so beloved of yachting journalists, by the way!
The Achilles 750 is a proper small yacht, a cruising yacht, well capable of ocean voyaging in the right hands and this one has been well looked after by a succession of owners. Her Bukh motor has had a recent rebuild, her rigging is youthful and her interior is clean and tidy. Personally I'd want to refresh the cushion covers and although the present one is serviceable, a new set of deck canvas - sprayhood and mains'l cover - wouldn't go amiss.
To my eye she's a little beauty; one wouldn't require an overly deep pocket to own this 'Pocket Cruiser'!
