Broker's Comments

Very well internally presented classic Broom 30 with a GRP hull and wooden topsides.

Owned by a boatyard owner for many years she has had a great deal of care and attention which is evident as you step aboard.

She was completely re furbished internally in light oak and the large saloon windows give her the feel of a much larger boat.

She is dry, clean and tidy throughout however, the exterior needs some care and attention. With a good clean, rub down and re varnish of the wooden topsides, she will once again gleam and show her classic lines. So to my eye the work required is cosmetic in nature.

She has just had a lot of money spent on a recent fully reconditioned engine.

This is a lovely classic boat that just needs some exterior cosmetic work to be truly amazing.

She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate to March 2027
and her Broads toll is paid.

Her mooring on the lower Chet may also be available by agreement with the boat yard.

She has shore power fitted, inverter, cabin heating, battery charger, bow thruster with wireless remote control, anchor winch, tv, the list goes on so she is very well equipped indeed.

She was antifouled in winter 24/25.

This is a quality cruiser with her one forward cabin, and even with the minor cleaning and cosmetic work represents a very good value vessel. There is a recent survey available from 2022.
