Comentario del broker
This Dufour 36 Performance is a fast cruiser racer providing competitive racing as well as comfortable cruising when required. She was exhibited at the 2013 Southampton International Boatshow. This is the dynamic version which is owned by a knowledgeable and competent owner. She is professionally maintained to a high standard with a vast amount of money being spent on upgrades.
She has a huge cockpit and plenty of deck space making her easy to handle and is comfortable whether racing or cruising.
Internally she is light and airy with light oak woodwork. For a boat of this size there is an impressive amount of room below, she has a double aft cabin, a large forward cabin, the saloon seating converts to a double berth and the settee berths can be used as single berth. Both aft and forward cabins have cabin dividers to convert to 2 single sleeping areas if required. She has a good sized galley with a full sized chart table opposite. The heads are also larger than most yachts of this size with a shower. There is a large storage area can be accessed behind the heads.
She has a comprehensive range of navigation equipment with repeaters in the cockpit and a full sail wardrobe with all sails in good condition.
This yacht has always given a good account of herself whilst racing and she competed in the 2017 Fastnet race so has all the equipment for off shore sailing. She is only for sale as the owner is intending to buy a larger boat.
