Broker's Comments
Listing this yacht is a task tinged with some sadness for me as it was I who found her, more than a decade ago, for a dear friend and his wife in which to embark on their dream voyage around the globe. This they completed in July 2015 after 7 years of adventures in several countries and continents - 41000 miles and many mountain climbs as they were both keen climbers as well as sailors.
Sadly, because my friend passed away last September after a lengthy illness and his widow now wishes to part with the yacht which holds so many memories of happier times.
BUT, this yacht is NOT a marina queen!
She lacks the modern 'essentials' such as hot water showers, a television and DVD player, scatter cushions and flower vase. What she does offer is proven strength, updated sails, rig, motor and an ability to take you anywhere. If you are a sailor, she could be the 'magic carpet' that fulfills your blue water dream too!
