Broker's Comments
It is a testament to this design that originally Chuck Paine drew the Frances 26 double ender for his own use as a small ocean voyager, a task which they have shown themselves adept at.
This Frances 26 has successfully competed in single handed off shore passages. With a ballast ratio of 54% she is a very safe craft and the replacement engine gives her a good cruising speed under motor. She is now ashore and just requires a little tlc to get her back to her former glory.
