Broker's Comments

Boatshed Ireland are pleased to offer this 48ft UK built steel narrowboat for sale.
A very sturdy build by Rugby Brothers in 1980 and nicely proportioned to give a very manageable and cosy live-aboard.
A fixed double bed in the bow, a super solid fuel stove, lovely wooden panelling and solid wood floors throughout make this narrowboat ready to move into. Requiring a little updating, new owner will need to look over the engine as it currently needs some attention along with some of the electrics ... one suspects nothing major involved in either as these BMC engines are known for their toughness and are easy to get spare parts for.
Difficult to find a good canal live-aboard available at this price so we expect she won't be on the books for long.
