The wind needs attention at the masthead as its currently not working
There is an Aries SS system stored in the owners garage along with the beaching legs. The Self steering system has been overhauled professionally at a cost of £1250.

Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to present this nice example of this very sought-after craft. The Rival 34 is a classic cruiser with an impressive history of long-distance cruising, ocean racing and yet equally well suited for coastal waters.
She has recently gone back into the water after winter and has been anti fouled ready for the season. The owner is suffering poor health and cannot keep up with the maintenance anymore. He is the second owner and the boat has always been based in the Northwest, I believe.
The boat is a bit cluttered at the moment with tools and general personal gear but the owner is going to get a relative to clear the boat out as he cannot do it himself. I moved the gear around to take the pics as best I could!
